We conduct pre-employment background checks for employers on job applicants, potential new hires or current employees. We can do personal background checks as well. We will complete previous employer checks and character reference checks by phone and submit a complete report of all findings to you. All employer checks will include verification of employment dates, work performance, etc. We can ask up to 5 questions to cover background, plus additional questions (as needed) for character references on honesty, theft/wrongdoing, work ethics, etc.
